I pop my legs just like I pop my fingers, is that good or bad?

Question

like I hold my leg and twist it a little angle and it pops just like I do with my fingers and my back bone...

is it bad? i mean am i letting the air get in the knee cap and then it'll shrink this one bone in it and etc..!!!

Its no problem. That pop sound is from little tiny air bubbles that are in the fluid in your joints. When you put pressure on the fluid the air forms bubles and pops out of the fluid and into you body to be processed like the rest of the air you breathe. It doesnt cause arthritis or any other problems. The only popping sounds that you should worry about are those that come with a sharp pain, something stretched,popped,broke or leaked! If you are still concerned though, you can start taking glucosomine and ?chondroitin? supplements, which help ensure the proper amount of joint lubrication

i have the same addiction! but i would rather stop popping/twisting your neck cuz later on in life it can get worse as it is...i pop legs, knees and fingers..i have no problem with that, good luck

well yeah i guess thats bad. ppl get arthritis in their fingers from popping them i guess the same would go for legs too. You should stop that habit.... :(

Mine do it by themselves and don't pop my fingers though. I hope that nothing bad will come over this. I really can't stop mine. :)
