I've purchased Int'l editions on numerous occasions, and each time they were EXACTLY the same as the regular editions. Save your money.

Technically, it is illegal to sell international versions of textbooks in the United States...but they are a good alternative for students who want to buy on the cheap. Usually, the only differences are some typos and the pages are slightly off. (I got a Computer Technology book last year that was an international edition and the pages were 10 off. So, if i wanted to view page 10 from the regular book, I'd go to page 20). If you want to buy international editions OR regular editions, try going to bigwords.com.

Bigwords is a great site that compares the price of books in several stores and give you the best price, including shipping. You can even change options if you need the book faster, would like electronic copies, or international versions. I used Bigwords this semester and last and have saved over $1000!
