My gages dont work?

I had my 20032 yukon detailed including steam clean of motor ever since then 3 of my gages dont work rpms, oil presure, and volt reader is there a relay or a sensor that can be damageg

The engine control module might have gotten wet. All of those gauges are driven by the module. They might look analog, but they're digital input.

Sounds like you have water in the connectors check under the hood to make there aren't any wires unplugged
