Its Probably the MSG. It could also be all the fried food and heavy sauces that they use. It can cause that effect on you. try to only eat simple things like plain shrimp or green beans. Also just some soup will be ok. If that doesn't change anything, ask your doctor. But i bet he/she will say the same thing i just said. If you get puffy eyes in the morning or just bags under them, it IS the MSG. Hopefully you will feel better soon :) xoxo

You may be slightly allergic to something you're eating, but it's probably because most Chinese food restaraunts serve a lot of breaded and fried meats and the sauces can be pretty heavy. It's just too easy to overdo it without noticing. Try eating less of it and see if that helps. Otherwise just don't eat something that makes you feel ill.

A lot of fried foods can weigh you down and make you more lethargic. Try to bring a piece of fruit or a green salad along to eat with your lunch, and that might help. Also try to drink mostly water, and avoid soda if you can.

I experienced the identical symptoms as a teen. Turned out it was the MSG added to the food. Cut the MSG and you should not have those symptoms.

Probably the MSG content, or maybe even the amount of starches you eat with the chinese food (noodles, rice, etc.)

It may have MSG in it. My mom is the same way, except she gets horrible headaches as well. The next time you're at the restaurant, ask if they add it.

You should really stop having so much of the creamofsumyoungguy. (lol)

It could be the MSG.
Or the HIGH SODIUM?
Do you eat tooo much and waddle out of there? Maybe if you really want it you should eat lite or for your healths sake don't eat it at all. Just say no even though it is sooo tasty. Your health is soooo much more important.
