A person with ADHD is coherent. They're able to think and be creative; it's just difficult to concentrate and stay focused on the task at hand. A pothead, on the other hand, would be great at writing middle-brow profoundness that they had confused for sophistication.

ADHD. There really smart and they would make a good book instead of the pothead. Also they have a huge imagination so it probably wouldn't get boring.

Pothead. Ordinary stream of consciousness. ADHD would be broken up into shards,no continuity.

ADHD, for sure.
it would be interesting what a person with that disorder could write about I am sure they have a better imagination.
Potheads probably won't even finish the book or it wouldn't be understandable.
