i don't have mony for get the patent .and i can't have any money.i want sell my invite to the one company.i don't khow whitout patent i can get my money for the company or no.tank you

If you do not have a patent on an item and show it to a company, you are "asking" them to steal it and use it as their own. You MAY be able to talk to a company about what your product does and get them to agree to buy the process/invention and then obtain the patent. Dangerous with big companies though. Get all agreements in writing before disclosing all the info. I have heard of people enclosing all the information in letter form and mailing it to themselves via registered mail to at least have proof as to when the idea was formulated. Then keep the letter sealed and in a safe place.

Well, I don't know how well it works, but you could always do a poor man's patent. Send a copy of the idea and blue prints to yourself in the mail, in a sealed postmarked envelope, this will be proof of when you thought of the idea... still a big company may be able to take credit for it, thanks to good lawyers.
