No, sorry. It is not very good, however please don't feel discouraged.

I think you need to keep practicing. I feel you need to look at other artwork. Learn about composition, color, and techniques. Visit an art museum, gallery, and maybe take a couple art classes. Read about art.

I would also think about what you want to say with your art, and to explore how to say it without spelling it out. Give your audience some credit make them work for the message.

It depends of what you consider good. I have seen better but I have also seen much worse. I think it is a fine peice of work that will get people thinking. But I also think that you might want to take some classes as well, if only to perfect your skills.

No to me it isn't. Sorry. Art is very personal though so I'm sure others will like it and recognize the meaning of what inspired you to draw it. In otherwords that's just my opinion and everyone will critique art differently.
