i was taking provera fron june 12-19 then july 29-aug 7 with no ovulation in june,july.what do i do to ovulate?

The first thing is to figure out why you aren't ovulating. You OB/Gyn can run some blood tests and do an ultrasound to check hormones and for a few different causes.
Then you would need to take something to induce ovulation, clomid is the usual first drug. It is taken for 5 days early in your cycle--it is a tablet. Side effects are minimal and it induces ovulation in about 80% of women. Of those who ovulate about half will get pregnant on Clomid.
There are also some natural choices such as soy isoflavones to induce ovulation or vitex.

There could be a lot of thing that are making you not ovulate: 1) stress 2) if you have PCOS 3)hormones. I'd suggest seeing a doctor who can run panels of blood to see why you're not ovulating. Good luck!

ask your doctor about Clomid. That what i am starting tomorrow and i heard it works like a charm. Some women it take 3-6 months for it to work but it works!!!

i agree with the ladies that said clomid... provera just induces a period, then you take the clomid which induces ovulation. good luck...

Ask doctor for chlomid maybe. It can take some time to get back to normal though, Good luck!
