don't count on a big tip from the two old bags splitting a grilled cheese sandwich (and taking all the sugar packs home)

Actually, these people above have probably never worked at a cafeteria style restaurant. I have works at two different ones, but not a Perkin's. I can say that Friday thru Sunday you will make better then usual. It really depends on the location of the restaurant. I made...
4 hour on a mon-thrus between $30 and $60
4 hours on a Fri-Sun between $50 and $80
The most I every made was on an 12 hour Sunday... $ 220
Waitress there made different amounts on the same day. You want to be very courteous, patient, attentive, and just be yourself. I've seen horrible waitress make $6 all day long.... at least one customer felt sorry for her. Good Luck!
