No:

The recalls on such a large scale would not have been necessary if the Companies had been vigient with their quality control.

Companies (Owner) with good quality control that outsource the product production has the outsouce company send them samples off the production line sent to them on a reguar basises.

These samples are tested by the Owner the product in their own quality control labs.

The Owner also visits the outsource factories and has samples taken off the production lines, packaged, and shipped back to their quality control labs for testing under their direct supervision.

This helps to eliminate the possibility of a special run of product that is up to specs being sent as samples.

The onus is on the Owner to make sure their product is up to specs and safe before it is placed on the shelf for us to purchase.

Good Luck
