I suggest putting 'inadvertanly' first :

Inadvertently, calculus has impacted transportation, as well as many other countless fields.

And you do not need 'many' as well as 'countless'. One adjective is enough. Suggest you cut out 'countless'.

Punctuation? - I see only a Capital letter and a full stop. Looks like an ordinary sentence to me, which could make sense if the next sentence unpacks and expands it.
