Lillian Marie is a gorgeous name! You shouldn't second guess your choices! Lillian is oldfashioned and elegant--but you modernized it with a common nickname--Lilly. And Marie is a graceful middle name!
I would say stick to your original idea, but...if you really don't like it...pick a name that makes you happy and don't worry about 'messing it up'...your child will eithher fit the name you choose or you will look at them and the perfect name will come to you!
Good luck!

I think Lillian Marie is a lovely name, but you probably should have a couple picked out so when you see your baby for the first time you will be able to pick the one that suits her the best. I like the names...
Annabel Grace
Laura Hope
Sophia Rose
Emma Grace
Abigail Rose
Good luck and God bless!

I love the name Emma Grace Howell, but my husband and I had a name picked out all the way up to the birth(Angela), and the minute I saw my daughter I had a different name pop into my head (Alondra) and that's the name she got.
Good Luck and Best Wishes.

Olivia Lillian Howell sounds nice, I've always liked Olivia and Olive for short. Do you like Cecelia? I think Cecelia Elizabeth is nice as well.

My favorite would be: Julie Nicole Howell. She'll be sweet no matter what but it's nice to have a good flow to a name. Congratulations!

I would go for whatever has the most prominent meaning. Personally I like Emma Grace. Emma means Universal combined with Grace... sounds nice.

I have to say I love your original choice of Lillian...it's a very pretty, feminine name, and not as overused as some of the other names on your list! Good luck and congrats :)
