uh...why would you vear that far away from your specialty? Think of things that are around it at least.

Why would you want to major in theatre and then get a job OUT of theatre? Why not major in what you hope to get a job in. A major in theatre doesn't guarantee you an acting job; maybe a teaching job.

Sure. Just because you major in Theater doesn't mean you have to be an actor. You could do any kind of Arts Management position, or pretty much whatever you want! Even jobs like Creative Directors for TV stations could use Theater majors.
