It all depends on the amount of income. If you are making a certain amount but then get a raise or a better paying job, the other parent can take you back to court for an increase.

Twenty percent for the first child, an additional five percent for each child thereafter - thirty-five percent being the maximum. The non-custodial parent is also responsible for carrying medical insurance coverage on the child, as well as reimbursing the custodial parent for fifty percent of all medical expenses.

Exactly right.....20% for the first child, 25% for two, 30% for 3. I think it tops out at 35%. Age doesnt matter.

It is 25% regardless of your income, it is a percentage.

There is a Texas state maximum that was $1200.00 per month per child in 2004. Chew on that. Try earning 125K and living like your earn 12K.

i don't know about in texas, but in Tennessee they have a worksheet. it's based on how much the mom and dad make, and how much time they have the kid(s). so there's not really a set percentage. i'd ask a lawyer, or you can google it.
