I already know it will be hard to win, but I just want to know how I would even go about getting started. I believe I have a good case and I know for sure who I got it from. How do I file a lawsuit? I'm in Texas.

You may be able to sue and win. You may not want to leave your house though, after all the sexual activities you ever had are paraded through the court. It becomes a matter of public record then.

well if you know for sure who you got it from that means you know they had it, and so you'd probably lose, if I were you I wouldn't waste my time or money.
