Yikes, these people have issues. I kept my last name too. My mom has been married 3 times, and in this day and age with credit reports and such, getting your old name back is near impossible. My poor mom still has to go by 2 of her ex's last names in some cases. Bothers the crap out of her.
Anyway, according to wikipedia, Mrs. is only supposed to be used before the husband's last name. Apparently, you aren't even supposed to use it before a hyphenated name either.
But, things change:) I go my Mrs. even though I use my last name. If enough women do it, it can become a norm. So, go by whatever you want. No one can stop you. :)

You are married so you are a Mrs. and then just use whatever name you choose. Ms. or Mrs. is the identifier as to whether you are married or not. The last name is insignificant in this matter.

You are a Ms. Your Name. Mrs is reserved for women who took their husband's last name. If you refer to yourself as Mrs. Your Name, it will be assumed that your husband's last name is Your Name, too - which is not the case. Ms. is a generic salutation that applies to all women regardless of their marital status, the version of Mr. for the guys. This is the proper way to address a woman who kept her name after marriage.
P.S. The truth is, you can still be addressed as Mrs., but then his name should be used.

If you go with Mrs, you probably should hyphenate both last names together. If you want to keep your last name, you probably ought to use the Ms. prefix.

You are tech. a Mrs, but with keeping your last name, its' proper to use Ms. If you have a hyphen name, like Smith-Jones, then you could use Mrs.
