On the legal level, if something isnt specified by the constitution, it falls to state power.
On the moral level, just because one state signs a law attempting to redefine marriage and destroy our moral values doesnt mean the others states have to follow suite.

Simple each state may make their own laws regarding the understanding of marriage. The full faith and Credit is only given to the US government in regards to states. Much the same way that conceal and carry is a right in some states while others that is no right.

Some states expressly proghibit gay marriage. Therefore, Full faith and Credit does not apply.
This concept only applies in cases where A) the new state does not expressly prohibit the terms of the marriage that took place in the first state and B) you do not go to another state to "go around" the laws of your own state.

When a State is the only, or one of a few, legalizing something, there is no reason for another State to recognize the law. Goes back to "When in Rome, do as the Romans do". Some States have legal marijuana laws but you can't go to every Stae and smoke it. Even the Feds will arrest you in a State where it is legal. Guess you will have to stay where the law is what you like.

Every state has the right to have it's own Constitution, and recognize what it wants to. Unless the Supreme Courts says it has to be legal in all states, the state can do what ever it wants.
This is to insure that the rights of the people are not infringed upon.

Because most states had a vote on the issue of gay marriage and in most states it was shot down with heavy prejudice.

The revaluation has not started yet, ( the gay revaluation ). After that gets on the way, things are going to change. You need to stand up for yourself and stop whining about it and do something about it. We know it going to be a long haul. But I be live in you, you are the right man for the job. So get out there and make them change. Even if the cites need to burn baby burn.

Because homo marriage is only legal in the ridiculous state of Massachusetts. Of course it took only a few lib judges to determine this over the will of the people.

In my state, we don't recognize "marriages" between same sex couples. Marriage is between a man and a woman ONLY. People of the same sex may NEVER marry, however we will recognize "unions," and "partnerships."
