im 16 yrs old and i absolutely cannot stand that...thing. now they're even comparing hsm2's premiere to the beatles at the ed sullivan show!! how wrong is that? and i dont understand how so many people like terrible lip synchers and girls who sound like mickey mouse! is it because of zac efron? well i thought he was cute then slowly realized he looked like clay aiken. so is hsm simply just for tweens of do adults like it too?

I absolutely hate it. I hardly know anyone who doesn't like it, either. It's a waste of time and shouldn't be compared to the Beatles or Ed Sullivan show. EVER. I don't understand what the big craze is, and why everyones hypnotized by it. I am certaintly not a fan and they are the lamest, corniest movies ever that have terrible musical arrangements and barely-talented people.

I don't HATE it, but I do agree with you that some of the people in it don't sing well at all. But keep in mind that this is a Disney movie, and little kids also watch it.
And you're right, it can't be compared to the Beatles under any circumstances. Or the Ed Sullivan show.

i don't believe in the word "hate" but i don't like HSM that much because
a. It is sort of cheesy
b. the singers aren't really talented and everybody knows that disney channel stars have it easy. i mean if you can sing one measily note you are automatically turned into a musical star
c. it's overated. okay i liked the 1st one. but then too many people started liking it. they won an emmy for it. and i'm like too much of a good thing?
no more hsm please! thank you.
p.s. corbin bleu is a lot cuter than zac effron!! zac effron puh lease! corbin on the other hand :)

Well I'm in high school and personally I love HSM. Sure some of the singers aren't very good and it sends a false message to kids but it's a fun movie to dance and sing along to, that's why I watch it.
Also a lot of my friends like it too, and we're mostly in it for the music.

omg I flipping hate HSM! What an absolute piece of rot! I heard yesterday that HSM 2 was ranked the highest rated cable show of all time - good god, what has the world come to when we are amused by mediocre singing and dancing fools?

I'm 24 Years old and i love HSM but its probably because i love singing but I'm pretty sure theres more people who are not teens and like it to!!!

No no no no noooo. What has the world done to the brains of children? They have fallen into the "Zomg I luuuuv hsm2. can u beliv it?" God, I don't like that movie. the only song I like is "I don't dance" since it makes me laugh.

oh my goodness. HSM2. AUUUGGH!!! its pointless, shallow, and nothing but glitter thrown in some crap. I AM VERY critical when it comes to tween boppers like this.........and this one BOMBED. Its nothing but eyecandy to some people...other than that it does NOTHING to make you a better person.
P.S. I am 16 too..........some people just need to get a life
