Just attach another hose. You can screw the two hoses together, and then you'll have double the length.

Are you trying to get the hose to expand in width? Surely not.
The amount of water can not be increased by making the hose wider. The amount and pressure are determined by the pipes delivering the water including the size of the water meter. You can only fit so much water through the pipe or water meter. The narrowest part determines how much will "fit."
As for pressure, that's determine by the water delivery system: a pressured container attached to your well or by the municipal water authority. The only ways to increase water pressure are with a pump or making the water fall....like from a water tower. Pressure is lost when water is forced up hill or by the friction loss along the pipe and hose...more pipe, hose and fittings, the more pressure loss.
If you just want to extend the length....buy more hose or find a hose remnant ( a length of hose) and purchase the appropriate male and female fittings and install them yourself.

You can attach a sprayer nozzle if it is just to reach a little more distance and area while watering. If a longer distance purchase another hose ....hoses connect to each other.
