Turkish visas are usually issued without an interview since the country puts a lot of emphasis on tourism. However, the interview requirement can vary according to nationalities since Turkey, being at the crossroads of Asia and Europe, is also used as a transit point by human traffickers and illegal immigrants. You can enquire about the requirements at the Turkish consulate general in your place.

I do not think you require an interview, you just fill the form and give them the passport. Just in case, give them a call or send them an e-mail and they will tell you what to do. Take care
