It's a trick question, there's a word problem in it.
A penny from 1967 is worth more, but not by much, and never will be worth much more than a 1968 penny because they are so close, but as things get older, there are less, so they are more desirable. Like Aztec gold. It was the Aztecs money, but now if we find one peice, it's worth hundredes of dollars...(maybe).
1,968 ($19.68)pennies are more, so it has more value than 1,967($19.67).

Because if you have 1968 pennies, you have one penny more than if you had 1967 pennies.
