the same thing happened to me. i have a computer at home and sometimes i'm on it nine hours straight, then when i try to watch tv, it seems my vision was a lil blurred, i had to cut down on my computer time by at least five hours, now i can see better. hope this helps, good luck.

I work on a computer all day and I take breaks about every 20 minutes or so to refocus my eyes. I look out a window or around the room for a few minutes or just take a walk to the bathroom or get a coffee or something. I've been working on a computer for over 20 years with no long term effects.

In addition to previous comments, I recommend that you see an eye doctor. It could be eye strain, or maybe you need to wear glasses when doing computer work.
