I am looking around just-now to try and find a small coldwater fish tank that is cheap but good quality. Could someone recommend a good manufacturer and/or a store where I can get one. I have seen one in argos at £49.99 but not sure if its a really cheap make or not. Here is the link:

Thanks

PS. I live in North-East Scotland

This tank equals to 6.6 us gallons, and is way to small for even 1 goldfish

you could put white cloud mountain minnows in there, since they're coldwater species

For one goldfish the minimum is a 35 litre tank, and for each additional you will need an extra 30 litre

or
you buy yourself a heater to it and you can put
1male betta
2 cory cats (bottom feeder) which only get to be 5cm
5 neon tetras (they only get to be 2 cm)

Hope that helps
Good luck

If you want fish like bettas, gupiies or tetras i suggest getting something at around 5-10 gallons. Hope it helps. Wal*Mart has pretty good fish tanks. Depends which one you go to.

£50 is rather expensive for a coldwater tank. Pets at home sell plastic tanks for small to medium animals we use to hold our tropical fish during a major water change.

It all depends on what you are planning to keep and how many.

it looks pretty good for a beginner and has a built in light and filter so no extra money.

There is no way that tank will house 3 goldfish, they will soon out grow it.

Id buy a heater and get some small tropical fish, things like mollies, neon tetras, guppies and sword tails are good and the breed like rabbits (not the tetras)

I'm thinking about buying this myself to house my fry in till they are bigger

that isa cool little tank but unsuitable for goldfish.

Goldfish need at least 55 gallons with a canister filter.

If your looking for another type of coldwater fish, try looking in red rosy feeder minnows. They are coldwater and can handle that small tank.

But they may be harder to find in europe as they are native to N.A.

But i sure you canind some over there.
