No, he needs to give you AT LEAST 24 hours notice that he is coming to do work, or show or be at your place... I mean you could be in the shower or bathing disabled person.. He needs to know that it's not acceptable...I would type him a letter and send it with the rent.. So, he knows that you are upset and he's overstepped his "boundry".. I had a landlord that would do similar things, he would just walk in- to do "repairs" I have a rottweiler, and that has since stopped ! Good luck

The landlord has a right to sell his property. You have a right to ask for notice on showings. Usually it's 24 hours. Being disabled is irrelevant. Paying for two years and never being late is something you should have been doing and does not effect the landlords right to sell.

I just would act like I was asleep and if he opened it anyway I would have to have a talk with the landlord. I would be looking for another place ASAP so I wouldn't have to deal with the intrusions.

BY LAW...he has to provide you quiet and peaceful enjoyment (not sure on the exact phrasing but that's the general idea). It is part of US landloard-tenant law.
And he has to have your permission to enter your apartment unless their is a life-threatening emergency. Just tell him that unless he agrees to certain hours of the day (that you agree to!) then you are going to contact your lawyer. See if he calls your bluff. If he does, you have the right to sue him.
EDIT: and put as much as possible in writing and send him a copy of it.
