Yes.

I had a "friend" who went on vacation, then said a "break to refocus" was need. Now this "friend" is silent and I'm at a loss as to why.

Maybe it is an attempt to end the relationship, but I think people should just come right out and say it. Get the hurt done and then move on.

Yes I just recently got in a fight with my two best friends and none of us are talking and we are all too stubborn to break the silence (I guess thats why we have so much in common) So I guess I am free to share that beer with you buddy!!

Yes, my best friend from high school, but after I got married she just stop talking to me. Some time later I found out that her mother said I was a bad influence for her because I was married; go figure.
By the way I'll be your friend, but I don't drink.

I have actually done that to an old friend of mine. It was easier to slowly walk out of her life instead of hurting her by explaining why.

I do not like beer.

Yep, in real life and on the web. I'll gladly be your friend, with or without the beer.

Come up and sit on the porch and have some sweet tea and we will talk about this . Maybe we can figure out what happened if not then we have had a good talk and some cool shade.

I've had a friend who stopped talking to me...I think she found out something she wasn't supposed to...but she messed up first, so I don't know why she'd get mad at me. After a while though, she's really cool again and we talk like nothing happened.
