It's on The Drought Is Over 2 (Carter 3 sessions) mixtape and I'm pretty sure it's on Tha Carter 3 bootleg that got leaked.

It's on " The Drought Is Over Part. 2 " but was meant to be on "The Carter 3" but he decided not to put it on the CD due to an early leak.
