I am happily married, not looking to cheat, but sometimes when I have a slow day at work, I tend to get frisky. I have to fit the urges to do something naughty (chat, internet porn, etc). I have had suggestions in the past, but nothing has worked for long term. Please, I need a new list of suggestions of things to do to keep my mind (and hands) from wondering....thanks!

You can try calling your husband and talking dirty to him. You can try writing down certain fantasies and things and share them with your husband when you get home. Does your husband know about this, and how far are you willing to take it? I could probably come up with a million other ideas, but too busy to list here. If interested...email me and we can chat. If not...no big deal. I am married to and have the same affliction.

Not frisky anymore.
Most of what you mention other women consider cheating. Wouldn't you feel like sh*t if your husband chatted with another woman and got off with her at work? Or wanked it to office porn?

Call or text message your hubby, send him emails, chat with him.....that way it will keep the heat on in your marriage as well.
Stay away from outsiders, you might wander off to dangerous territories.
