They don't seem to have emotional intelligence or as much intuition as they need. What do you think is the issue with them?

Sorry about the word perfect. If mean the definition perfect for the purpose intendended. Perfect is probably dead in the other sense.

No such thing as perfect, find someone that knows the mans prayer.
