Everybody is saying 12.5 which is half of "twentyfive". I will go a different route and change it up a bit.
If 2 and 5 are the whole then half would be 2 or 5 could be half...LOL
OR 2+5=7 so half would be 3.5

Half of 25 is the same as one-eighth of 100. Work it out for yourself. Take the square root of the first number that you think of, multiply it by two, add half the difference and add the result to the number that you first thought of. There that just shows you that anybody can be good at maths.

I will stick my neck out and go against the popular belief that it is 12 and a half.
