They never risk their lives or the lives of their kids and grandkids. Look at how few people in Congress have a kid in the military!
It's easy to declare war when it's not your life, your loved ones nor even your money that's wasted.

Because it would be no fun to have a war if you as president had to fight in it; now would it. Besides now they have a way to reduced the pour population of the world. You did not think about this question to much before you asked it!
