Of course not! Everyone knows everything is Bush's fault, especially natural disasters in areas that have been getting them for millions or billions of years.
It CERTAINLY isn't the fault of people too stupid to move out of an area known for hurricanes, who then complain when a hurricane eats their house.

Hurricane Dean hasn't even come close yet and, in fact might miss but, you guys are already blaming Bush for this to. The next thing we're going to hear is that it's a conspiracy buy the U.S. Government.

No, he said today that FEMA is ready to help out the Mexicans and the storm hasn't even hit shore yet. It sure would have been nice if they had been that ready to help Americans before Katrina hit shore.
