On the skin head front I'd suggest The Believer with Ryan Gosling.. great movie..

SLC Punk is a classic and a must see if you have not. Romper Stomper is also great.
I'm not sure American History X is a skinhead movie, because if you pay attention to what it's about, it is very anti-skinhead. The main character realizes all the bad things in his life are because he was a skinhead. I guess if you pay attention to only the black and white scenes in the movie, it can be a skinhead movie.

A good one is SLC Punk. Its unusual because it is set in Salt Lake City, Utah. I thought it was good. You should give it a try.

I dunno about punk, but if you want a good skinhead movie, American History X...they don't come much better than that.
