after 3 responses - Amazon.com has a beta version of something called Mechanical Turk that uses behind-the-scenes humans because they are more effective than computers in solving some types of problems; one of these is evaluating beauty. The other two are translating text and finding specific objects in pictures.

Ethics is too often used as a synonym for morality and this leads to ambiguity and confusion about humans being animals or machines.

Art is... well - have any philosophers written about the links between Ethics and Art?

Critical Analysis is not the same as Criticism, right?

Art tries to reach the "Beautiful". Ethics the Right. In some cultures the concept of Beautiful and of Right are (or were in the past) sometimes blurred.
Hence the link.

As art is often the reflection of a culture it is not improbable for ethics to enter into it. And certainly a culture without a written language or with a majority of illiterates would use art to communicate ethics.

Yes;
Criticism.
And if you think naively(as lots do)that one would need
a sort-of firm alternative base to do this(say,another ideal
"ethical system")then you'd be mistaken.
For its possible to criticise both Art and Ethics;and to
criticise either or both effectively,reason-ably and conclusively!
