Not much info to go on, but I will give it a shot. First, if its RAM, you can go buy more and isntall it, as long as your motherboard can handle more RAM.
If its your hard drive, you can buy another hard drive and install it as a slave, or if you don't want to buy another one, then try uninstalling programs that you don't use. Delete files you don't need. Go through all the folders on your hard drive, I found the program I use to burn dvd's will keep large temp files on my hard drive, and it doesn't delete them, so you can go through and look for those.
Now, if its an old computer, you can try using a program memmaker. This is for old DOS days, then you have to edit your autoexec.bat and config.sys files, and use the command loadhigh.

you buy an external hard drive and attach it to your PC, if you dont know much about computers, just go to a computer store ask for external hard drives that are plugged to the USB port
if you just tell them you want to increase your memory than they can help you

if mean RAM, go to www.datamem.com and use their Memory Finder to determine exactly what type of RAM you need for your computer. order, wait for it to arrive, open the computer, install, reboot and be happy.
if you mean storage/hard drive, the process is similar, except instead of using datamem.com, you just need to know what type of drive you already have and if your motherboard/cabling supports a secondary drive. If so, purchase one, install in the computer, format and fill it up.

Buy a memory chip and plug it in. You can find out what chips you can use by going to http://www.4allmemory.com/index.cfm, and plugging in the make and model of your computer. They vary from one model to the next, so you need to know WHAT to get.
You can find out what you have now by right-clicking on "My computer", then select "properties"., then click on the "general" tab. Look for the listing of how much RAM you have.

they have internal and external (interenal is more money) devices to add memory to your computer.
you can buy it from any computer center, Best Buy, Circuit City, if you buy the internal device the store will put it in for you for a charge.

you mean a ram or hard drive.....
Everything is the same just take out all the applications you need and frequently do the driver cleanup....Don't go for options like compressing the files and all because it may slows down your com0puter
