The first answer has it right. No one really did, a woman claimed that she had found a finger in her chili at Wendy's. An investigation revealed that it was a scam to set up a lawsuit.

The accused was Wendy's chili and the finger that was found belonged to the accuser's dead aunt. The accuser is being legally charge for doing this, but am unsure as to what has happened since then.

It was at Wendy's, and it was real.... BUT the lady planted it there. Some guy she knew accidently cut his finger off and she placed it in the Chilli to look like it came that way to make big bucks off of it! Gross huh?!?!

Are you asking who found a finger in there chilly, or who found a finger in their chili? Two entirely different questions with different meanings.

it was Wendy's. completely a scam. I didnt understand how the chili was made or how a finger could get in there, until i actually made it. and there is no way possible for sum1 to cut their finger and have it in there.

Giving the finger to a customer is never a good public relations strategy.

Supposedly at Wendy's, however, it turned out the lady who reported it was making the whole thing up.
