not really, as goldfish dont belong with anything other than a goldfish.
Glass catfish tend to be picky whne it comes to water temp. Even if it is heated, the ammonia produced by the goldfish will not be good for the catfish.
overall it sounds like a bad idea and best avioded.

These fish aren't a good mix. It's good that you have a heater for the glass cats (they need tropical temperatures), but a goldfish isn't tropical, and they prefer water that less than 70o. The glass cats should be kept in schools, and given a well planted tank so they have places to hide - a goldfish would either eat the plants, or uproot them as they dig around in your gravel. The glass cats also should have a lot of bloodworms or other protein source in their diets, and aren't an easy fish to keep.

It isn't a good idea to mix tropical fish like glass cats with coldwater fish like goldfish. The main reason is that their requirements are so different. Glass cats will like tropical temps and the goldfish need cooler temps to live a long life. Glass cats need to be kept in groups, don't like bright lighting, and often will only eat live food. They would have trouble competing with the Goldfish for food and the boisterous goldfish would be a constant source of stress for this somewhat delicate fish.

They would get along fine but there water temperature preferences aren't the same goldfish like cool water and glass catfish like it warmer, 76-82.

Glass cats are very delicate when it comes to tank contamination & temperature issues. They're one of the most delicate fish I've ever kept. Trying to balance cold & tropical fish in the same tank is difficult as is, let alone if one of them dies easy.
I would strongly recommend NOT mixing the two together, lest you end up with a handful of dead ghost cats.
