hi there, so here it goes:
i miss you so much my heart = sinto muito a tua falta meu coração (literal translation) u can also say, sinto muito a tua falta meu amor (i miss you so much my love).
i love you = amo-te muito
if you need anymore just let me know.
by the way online translation softwares often give you a very dodgy translation...

'I miss you so much my heart' - 'Sinto muito a tua falta, meu coração' or 'tenho muitas saudades tuas, meu coração' The answers above are also correct, there are many ways to translate this sentence.
'My heart' is not used in Portuguese, it would be better to say 'my love' - 'meu amor' or 'sweetheart' - 'querido' (if it's a man) or 'querida (if it's a woman)
'I love you' - 'Amo-te' (in Portuguese from Portugal) 'Te amo' (in Portuguese from Brazil)

Personally I don't think that's a good line because usually one says: "I miss you so much, my love" or "I miss you so much, my darling".
If you do want to use "My heart" I think is better for you to say "Oh, my heart, I miss you so much".
The first translate to: "Sinto tanto a tua falta, meu amor" (gender free) or "Sinto tanto a tua falta, meu querido". (female speaking) -- "Sinto tanto a tua falta, minha querida" (male speaking).
"Oh, meu coração, sinto tanto a tua falta".
And "I love you" translates to "Amo-te".
