where does the energy flow from??

Energy comes from the glycolysis, Krebs cycle and electron transport. The last two occur in mitochondria of all cells. Glycolysis occurs in the cytoplasm outside mitochondria.

Cellular respiration. In forming ATP during cellular respiration, heat, carbon dioxide, and water are also formed.
