It's compassion. It may seem bad but it's a good thing to have that most people don't. Don't try to get rid of it.

That's just the human condition, I suppose. I think a person who DOESN'T feel a certain degree of grief upon hearing of the untimely death of anyone, even a complete stranger, is more abnormal than a person who grieves for the death of someone unknown to him. However, if the grief or sadness you feel for the dead person carries over into your personal life, causes deep depression, or makes you sad for days on end, you might want to see a therapist and talk about why these deaths affect you so. It could be a deep-seated fear of death itself, rather than an actual sadness for a person you never met.

It's natural to grieve for someone that is going through something or who's just passed away. If we didn't feel grief then that would be a problem.

empathy
it makes you think and feel 'wow if that were me or someone ilove i know how that'd feel' and that itself upsets you to think about it and to feel it from not only their view but yours too
also death itself is a very sad event to us, the loss of someone is always upsetting and traumatic whether you know them or not because we know that death means someone gone forever and not coming back
especially if it was a tragic or as you say 'un natural' death because that makes it much more unfair and unable to accept as they didnt get the chance to live as long or healthy as they should have had this not happened.

Empathy and compassion. A wonderful way to be, but it can get too much sometimes if you try to take everything on your own shoulders. Try not to get too close to situations that you can't change.

For me, it means you are a beautiful human being with a big heart.
But be careful, if you let that feeling take over, you might end up with depression.

You are just empathetic. Some would even say your soul feels the pain they suffered, or the pain experienced by their loved ones.
