Kama Sutra is an ancient Indian text which outlines various sexual positions that are supposed to bring maximum pleasure to both male and female. You have to be pretty bendy to try some of them, but others seem fairly easy to handle.

The kama sutra is a book of lovemaking, various positions. It is Eastern based. (Hindu I think)

Your previous two responses are correct. It is an ancient text from India that describes various sexual activities.
However, being an ancient text, it is somewhat out of step with our modern sexual customs. (For instance, I heard there is one suggestion that involves tying slave girls to tree branches and walking through the "garden" and choosing one as you would pick a ripe fruit. I wouldn't advise any guy trying THAT one today!)
I would suggest you go to the library, a local bookstore or Amazon.com and hunt for a book on Tantric Yoga by a contemporary author. The material will be just as interesting and considerably more practical.
