i had my tubes tied two years ago but am 11 days late took a test a min ago and its negative am i overreacting?

If your tubes were definitely tied then there is a incredibly small chance you can be pregnant again, plus the pregnancy test showing negative also helps confirm.
Regardless, if it is really that important to you then maybe you should go see a doctor to really see. I highly doubt you are pregnant, it might be something else just going on with your body but a trip to the doctor could definitely calm your fears. Good luck, hope everything turns out well

I is possible to get pregnant. I have a friend who has an 11 month old baby and she found out a few weeks ago that she is 2 months pregnant, and her tubes were tied. It is not fail proof but neither is birth control.

There is a small chance you can get prego even if your tubes are tied, but it's not likely. Just stop stressing about it, give your body some time and take a test in a few more weeks if your period is still late.

You are overreacting... there is no possible way to get pregnant if your tubes are tied. Your eggs have nowhere to go because the fallopian tubes are basically tied in a knot!!

Yes, but it depends on how the ligation was done. If they were just cut and tied or tied alone there are risks of pregnancy even more concerning is ectopic pregnancy versus cauterization. The chance is very low that you are pregnant so I would wait a week or two before you take another pregnancy test.

Yes you are..It is like a trillion to one that you would get pregnant. The longer your tubes are tied the less likely you are to get pregnant. Could be stress etc causing you to be late, but if it continues then I would certainly check with your doctor because you could be that one.

I know 2 women that had their tubes tied & got pregnant.So it is possible.You should go to the doctor & get checked out because complications could arise if you are pregnant like a tubal pregnancy.

Your cycle can change from time to time, so maybe it's just a matter of days before it shows up again. It also depends on your age, because older women tend to have more irregular periods.
