Does anyone know what phase the moon should be in if you want to stop smoking? When is the next time the moon is "right" for this?

You can stop smoking when the moon is directly above the constellation Cancer. Because it will remind you what you will die from if you don't stop it.

The real answer is no. The phase of the moon has nothing to do with it.

I cannot believe the phase of the Moon makes any difference to quitting smoking. When my dad quit it took him years to loose all cravings. The Moon goes through all its phases in only one month!

okay to be honest with you there is no moon phase they tell you that so u have hope. to be honest you just need to try and it's hard very hard. just think of your friends or family when you smoke around someone it's worse for them your killing that person and when you get older the more you smoke the worse your lungs get my neighber for the last 6 months of her moms life she was fed through a tub and she breathed through one too your lungs just stop So i would say stop now before it really is to late.
