Ok, but could have been (SHOULD have been) a whole lot better.

It's average at best.
I'm an old school Simpsons fan, and truth be told, the movie was just like an episode from any season in the last 5 years...a few chuckles, but the writing just wasn't there.
Also, it seemed sometimes like they were trying too hard.

OMG - i am 22 and got dragged to the cinema by my younger sister and her friend and nothing can prepare you for the amount of laughing you will do - the film is great and it just shows just how talented the writers of the show is. You will be singing Spider Pig for days after!

No.Save your money and watch it on TV.I went to see it in the cinema.I think the Simpson's are at the end of the line.They should call it a day.

yea, Muffster, it was cool. they had the chance to open up a little better,than the show.I watch a sweet dvd quality bootleg last week. No cuts at all,but it's been yanked. The site does have more links for the movie,but in parts.

If you are a true-blue Simpsons fan (like me), you will LOVE it! If, however, you are the type of person who only watches it when there's nothing else on, you may not enjoy it as much. For example, my friends and I all thought it ROCKED, but my mom, who barely ever watches the show, thought it was stupid.

I enjoyed it but they could have done better. It just felt like a slightly elongated normal episode. I was expecting greater things from it. But good entertainment anyway.

im not really a fan of the show but i went to watch it with some friends. there were some funny bits but i did doze off a couple of times

Yeah, I went with my lil sister, it was quite funny. Nice family film, good on in the cinema but Im not sure if I would buy it.

If you like the show, you'll love the movie...because it carries on that same humor.
