If you like the chain steakhouses then try Ruth Cris or Carvers. I personnally think Bidwell Street Bistro in Folsom makes a great steak but their menu changes frequently so call ahead and check. You can always checkout citysearch.com for restaurant reviews.

Well on the high end there is Mortons or Ruths Chris.

But for my budget nothing beats Cattlemans.
