1.The placing of Blacks, poor whites and hispanics in ghettos, aka the projects(get it projects) for poor whites it is trailer parks.
2.MedicaId- Program made to study new meds on these groups of people
3.AIDS= American Govermant made Chemical weapon used to kill blacks and gays
4.Capatalism= The one system that the american govermant(neoCons) knew that poor whites, blacks, and hispanics could not prosper under, but could out do midddle class and rich whites under socialism

1. I lived in the projects when I was younger and now I live in a house in a nice neighborhood. No government officials have came to my house to usher me back to the ghetto.

2. Medicaid is actually a help to those that have no medical insurance of their own.

3. AIDS (some say the government created it, some say not) but it is still a contact disease. You can't possibly get AIDS if you practice abstinence or don't share needles with drug users.

5. capitalism means there is no limit to what you can earn. Everyone has basically the same opportunities to fulfill the American dream

I don't see how America is using anyone as guinea pigs being that we all can leave this country never to return any time we get ready.

Most definitely, and don't forget the experiments the US government did on homosexuals in the early 1980' with AIDS virus. They used the excuse that it was a test drug for hepatitis vaccine, but look what happened ! Yes it is documented, but rarely reported.

And also the tests on unsuspecting blacks in the 1930's with venereal diseases.
