Is Mr. Peter Wallance and Lizzy Livingstone employeed by Yahhoo at an Awards Center in England?

These two individuals are acting as agents for claiming a prize in a promotion from Yahoo Awards and Windows Livein England. They are sending out emails requesting information from individuals in order to collect their winnings of 820,000.00 in franks. I knew immediately it was a scam. I just wanted to double check as I did not know if Yahoo was aware of this?
