Tear gas pepper spray and rubber bullets all used to keep protesters in line who wanted to demonstrate against Bush .

Bush will be the first President who will be unable to travel outside this country without having to make special arrangements with police and military units to protect him .

How sad is it to be the most unpopular man on the earth .

Yes Canadian public opinion means sooo much to me. I got an idea why don't we just let the Canadians choose our government. Then we could just call ourselves Canada. Can we keep the NFL though cause Canadian football blows.

The last time a president was booed in Canada was when bush came to visit to pitch his little star wars missile defense. The time before that was when Bush was in Canada for the G8 Summit.

Canadians for the most part were pissed off that we were not able to protest as is guaranteed by our charter of rights and freedoms. Canada grants us the freedom of peaceful assembly, anytime, anywhere on federal, provincial or municipal property.

However bring bush to town and we have to bike 70km through the woods only to protest a km away. The protesters were attempting to exercise their government granted right to assemble outside of a pre defined zone when they were attacked by police. Last time this happened in Canada a massive law suit ensued.

I hope you're kidding. Real bullets were used at Kent State University during a Viet Nam protest and several students were killed.
No one deserves to be shot because they are standing up for what they believe and what is right. Bush deserves the protests he's getting.
