Oh, that's so easy if you know where to look on line. It's simply that our thinking is so poor compared to the intuition. That's so the problem in the world today. I put my favorite free sites under by profile. I don't know why this information isn't getting out with all the school shooting and pressure now when we have the technology to handle all the pressure that we'll ever have forever with the new technology. It's that we have to get back from our thinking and realize we are just watching the show with our awareness. Same with getting back from the emotions. The right hemisphere that the intuition accesses is where all the answers are. It thinks in pictures and they are hard to put into words, but it is much more powerful than we are and reason is no match for emotions. Emotional Intelligence is pretty up to date on that. We only have emotions, we are not them. We can get back and laugh at them, if we want. The good brain is positive, non-judgmental, treats all information, even fantasy, equally when evaluating the facts, compares billions of images if no trillions for discrepancies, connects with all our happy drugs like endorphins and pain killers like nitric-oxide. Apparently they are drugs we need and not street drugs, but we are cut off from ourselves, each other and ideas. Check out all the Yahoo Answers as everone has the same questions.

Date or have a roomate from India. Make sure they are not very Americanized. They are the funniest and cutest people on this planet, I sware. You'll never need to turn on your t.v.! They're accent and funny way they put their words together is toooo entertaining. You will forget to be negative. Plus, they are sexy too. If that doesn't work alone, get a Basett Hound too. If you don't have kids, get on that, married or not! When they start to talk you will laugh all the time. You get soo busy with them, half the day is gone and you didn't have time to worry about anything. Be willing to accept change as it comes. Go some where you wouldn't normally and where something you wouldn't normally and become friends with someone totally not like any friend you have. If you want your thoughts to change, you have to do diff. things here and there, even if it's just little things that bring you out of your comfort zone.

What is wrong with the way you are ??? Life does suck, nothing does go right and the little things upset us the most. It is not if you are negative or positive but happy. Happiness is in the moment, the journey. What do you find within yourself if you don't let all that sucks around you in.

You made the first step already. You realized your negativity and are looking towards change. One thing you could do is seek a counselor. If that is not feasible there are MANY self help books out there that can teach you a lot about yourself and ways to be happier. I don't know what your childhood was like, or if it plays a part in your thinking now, but a good book I read was "Bad Childhood, Good Life". Good luck!!

Find one thing, any little thing that makes you happy. Reading? Warm cookies? Sex? a flower? then after you find that one thing, go look for something else. Something that makes you smile.

Don't think so much. In my experience, people who are more shallow and less contemplative are usually happier and more positive.

I would suggest that u revaluate the peps in your life, and ur self. PRAY MORE, & IF U DON'T PRAY, THEN START. READ UR BIBLE, AND ASK GOD TO CREATE IN U A CLEAN HEART & TO PURIFY U. LATER. HOPE I'VE HELPED.
