Does anyone know why there is a limit on starring and rating questions? That just seems completely retarded, and I'm just wondering if there's a specific reason, or if it's just there. I'm already familiar with the other limits, for answering, asking and such, and for the reason (s) for those, so I'm just curious. It seems silly.
