In the first ODI after winning the toss he invited England to bat and they scored 288 for 2 !!! Now India will have an impossible task to beat that score. Do you agree with me that Dravid is not a very smart captain?

I agree with you - but its not his problem - it happened due to lack of team work.

No. He is not a smart captain. He has driven Indian to few defeats during last two years. He should be sacked from the captaincy. He did a huge error even in the last test match that not enforcing the follow on.

Dravid looks a bit shabby performer in the role of a captain. He should be much more authoritative. He must improve his judgement skills. He has many times led his team to victory but sometimes his decisions are questionable.eg,The final test match he should have allowed England to follow on.

May be Dravid invited England to bat think that it will be better to chase instead of setting a target, as India have been successfull in chasing rather than setting target.

Dravid is not at all a good captain. His decisions r always controversial. Ganguly is a far far better captain than him.
He should not have opted to bowl on a batting beauty.
ENJOY!!!!!!!

Mostly such decisions are taken collectively.Yet we can say he is unable to force his way if at all he had his own views. In other matters like effecting bowling changes, field placing, batting strategy etc..nothing particular to mention.
